It’s incredibly important to integrate variety is within your workouts.
You can’t get good results without consistently changing up your routine.
Physically, your body gets used to you doing the same thing and stops changing to adapt. Mentally, you get bored doing the same thing over and over again. Pretty soon you’re avoiding going to the gym because you’re not seeing any results and you’re bored of your routine.
Remember these two principles:
1. -Never do the same workout two times in a row.
2. -You have to challenge your body to change your body.
